Location is excellent, close to everything. Subway station 2min walk. Convenient store across the road. Very affordable. I would definitely stay here if travelling alone or 2 adults. The laundry room was great 👍 only had to pay for washing, dryer is free unlike most other hotels. Also, they use gas pump dryer, so drying time was fast and clothes are lovely and soft.

Great location, easy access, good wifi. Very kind staff. Great value for what you pay. Even though I speak very little Japanese, the staff were happy to use the english they knew and/or bear with me while I pulled up google translate! Thanks,

This place was fine, clean and good for what we were looking for. Location wasn't bad, pretty close to the station. Interesting part of town.

Excellent location, very close to Shinimamiya station and MRT Doubutsumae station just walk 3-5 mins. Donki is just opposite side of JR Shinimamiya station open 9:00-5:00. Very convenient to go for shopping and walk back to the hotel.

Super close to both the JR line and local line for travel! They replenish your towels daily and the check-in process was smooth. The triple room was definitely smaller than what my group expected, especially if ever one intends to travel with large luggage. Thankfully we only went with carry-ons and it was manageable. It's quite inexpensive so I can't really complain and although it's not the largest or the comfiest of beds, it was quite clean.

The location was great. Very close to airport express station. The hotel is also located two stops from Namba. MTR is 1 min from the hotel and Don Quijote + convenience stores also closeby.

very clean, had smoking area, felt luxurious because of the cards, actual reception, extremely cheap for the quality, infinite free coffee, amazing location, best place we stayed in out of Tokyo and Kyoto ❤️❤️❤️

It was gooood, they had good body wash and shampoo. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Its decently located near subway, nankai and JR lines to get into the city, airport or outside osaka.

Fantastic location close to metro, JR and Airport railway as well as walking distance to tsutenkaku area shops and restaurants, zoo etc. Staff were very polite, 24 hr coffee, convenience store across the road, aircon, quiet room
